Adapter is a free program to convert any audio format, video or image to use on iPhone, iPod, PSP, Blackberry and many others.
The idea behind Adapter is simple: convert media to work with almost any device you may have. It's an ambitious aim but Adapter supports a remarkable number of formats including conversions for games consoles such as PS3, Xbox and Wii. Adapter even downloads and converts videos from YouTube.
Adapter is very simple and easy to use. It is divided into three basic sections: video, audio and image. In each section, simply add the file you want to convert. Alternatively, you can just add a link to a YouTube video
Adapter features some powerful advanced options too such as the possibility to configure the definition, compression and codecs used. You can also preview how the files will be before starting the conversion, using the in-built player.
Adapter takes care of all your conversion needs no matter what format or device you use.

Fairly minor update, a few problems in the UI were cleaned up. A code cleanup removed the potential for a lot of bugs.
